No Returns on Second-Hand Items

Due to the second-hand nature of our musical equipment and instruments, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are considered final once the item has been dispatched.

Pre-Purchase Information

We understand that buying pre-owned musical equipment requires confidence in the item's condition. To help you make an informed decision, we offer:

• Close-up photographs of any cosmetic issues or wear
• Video demonstrations of the equipment functioning (upon request)
• Detailed descriptions of the condition and any known issues
• Answers to specific questions about the item before purchase

Our Quality Assurance Process

Before any item is shipped, we follow these procedures:

• All equipment is thoroughly tested to ensure it functions as described
• We record video evidence of the item working properly
• The condition of the item is documented before packaging
• Items are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit

In Case of Shipping Damage

In the rare event that an item is damaged during shipping:

• Take photographs of the damaged packaging and item immediately upon receipt
• Contact us within 48 hours with these photos
• Keep all original packaging for potential shipping insurance claims
